El Molín de Petra (literally Petra's Windmill) has 4 different town homes: La
Maquila, La Barbacana, La Muela and El Rodendu.

The rural townhomes of El Molín de Petra have been
designed with high-end finishes, fine woods, and great attention
to detail, creating a comfortable and peaceful environment.
Each townhouse has its own parking space. There is also an
apple orchard and a vegetable garden. We would be happy to
have you give us a hand during the harvest!
It has green areas with a variety of different trees.

La Maquila, La Barbacana and La Muela
These apartments are rented without cleaning services
except by previous agreement.

The townhouses contain two bedrooms on the second floor, each with a twin bed.
From these rooms you can see our garden and the forest of oak trees that fill
the surroundings of El Molín de Petra. The first floor has a bedroom
with a queen size bed and a balcony that leads to a deck. There is a modern
bathroom on the first floor and a traditional-style bathroom on the second floor.

Our apartments also have a well-equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooking top,
an oven, a microwave, a hood, a refrigerator, a washing machine and all utensils.
Our houses have a large and inviting dining room-living room combination with
a fireplace. The living room also has a dining room table, a sofa bed and a
21-inch TV.

Each of our town homes has a deck with tables, chairs and
an umbrella.
We don't allow more than eight people, including kids.
Pets aren't allowed. |

The Rodendu
This town home is rented without cleaning services except previous agreement.
It has a queen size bed and a built-in closet, and one bathroom. The kitchen-living
room has a ceramic cooking top, a microwave oven, refrigerator, and all utensils.
It also has a washing machine and a 14-inch TV. All the rooms of this town home
have a view.

At its entrance, the Rodendu has an inviting porch. This porch
is ideal for eating outside, and has a table and iron chairs.
From this porch you can see our vegetable garden and our apple
orchard.
Pets are not allowed. |
