1- The number of guests in the larger town homes may not be more than 8, including kids.

2- The number of guests has to be specified in advance. If there are more guests than the number specified in advance, El Molin de Petra will add the price of the staying per night. If the number of guests exceeds the maximum number of guests per town home, the additional guests will be asked to find other accommodations.

3- Checkout time at El Molin de Petra is 12 pm. If checking out later, guests will have to pay an additional night.

4- Pets are not allowed.

5- If you do not wish to clean you can arrange for this service. The additional cost will depend on the number of guests. The front desk can provide you with the cost.

6- Guests are responsible for any damaged furniture or lost articles.
